Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched daily from our Australian fulfillment location, typically on the next business day. Weekend orders are usually sent out the following Monday, subject to volume.

Please be aware that promotional sales and new product launches may lead to increased dispatch volumes and potential delays. Allow 2-6 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Our primary fulfillment center is located in Adelaide and observes both state and national public holidays, which may affect dispatch and shipping times.

Shipping

WhiteGold TCG provides flat rate shipping* for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.

All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post, we offer two service levels of shipping; Standard and Express.

All orders including sealed product (Cases, Boxes, Packs) or supplies are subject to a postage cost.

$9 Standard Shipping

Standard is shipped using Australia Post eParcel Post and generally takes between 1 - 7 business days for most parts of Australia.

Standard Shipping is $9, free for singles orders over $150AUD.

$15 Express Shipping

Express is shipped using Australia Post Express Post and takes around 1 - 3 business days to most addresses. Express orders are not prioritised over existing orders but will be sent the next same business day where possible.

*If package weight exceeds 5kg then you will be charged a flat oversize rate.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network, so please check your postcode on their site.

Weekend orders will usually be dispatched on the following Monday, depending on volume.

Express Post Delivery Times

If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day. If not, it may take upto 3 business days.
